Key responsibilities:Work closely with CapEx / OpEx managers to develop budgets, forecasts, and understand varianceConduct monthly CapEx / OpEx variance analysis and reportingDeveloping CapEx / OpEx cost standards for materials and labor, designing and implementing cost tracking systems to capture relevant cost information, analyzing production costs and recommending/implementing changesPropose solutions in order to rectify potential errors as well as to increase the efficiency of operations/reduce costsMonitoring CapEx / OpEx KPI's by analyzing deviations against Budget and Business PlanMaintain controls over CapEx / OpEx inventory movement and ensure the integrity of the perpetual inventory system including review of inventory transactions, the reconciliation of the general ledger to the physical inventory recordsPreparation of CapEx / OpEx financial outlooks and financial forecastsPromote fiscal responsibility and cost awareness without sacrificing speed and qualitySupport informed and educated decisions in the area of CapEx / OpEx ManagementSupport business case creation related with CapEx projectsPrepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions regarding CapExIdentify and make proposal to mitigate risks in capital projectsPartnering with CapEx / OpEx managers in business.Preparation of responses to legal-financial requirements related to assets & facilities (taxes, industrial register..
