HIP is looking for a Senior Associate for its Asset Management Department.Key Responsibilities:Participate within the Asset Management Team, leading the Reporting Technology team to track business performance across the HIP Portfolio and identify insights and trends.Main responsibility for the Asset Management reporting duties within the company, supported by a team of two.Analyze, consolidate, and manage data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.Develop and maintain a set of reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery of business solutions.Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations and reports.With the support of the Data and Analytics Team, automate processes and incorporate technology to improve efficiency and data analysis capabilities.Required Background:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering.Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience in a business analyst role or a related position.Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (specifically Microsoft Excel) and familiarity with business intelligence software (Power BI).Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.HIP Offers:Full-time permanent contract.Workplace located in Barcelona.Fixed salary plus variable based on objectives.Social benefits.#J-18808-Ljbffr
