Asset Maintenance Planner: Analyst
The Asset Maintenance Planner Analyst is responsible for the planning data resulting from the standard Maintenance Planning processes and the metrics/dashboards of the Maintenance Function, reporting directly to the Assets Maintenance Planning Manager.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with maintenance program review and follow up.
Plan work orders for the Maintenance Department (spare parts, costs, services, personnel, tools, action schedule, technical documentation).
Ensure all the maintenance planning processes and standards are followed.
Support the Equipment Managers in planning and executing work, developing management and analysis tools.
Accountable for the Asset Maintenance metrics and reporting.
Develop, maintain, and update the digital tools supporting the processes, metrics, and reporting within the Asset Maintenance Function (BI, dashboards, templates, internal software developments). Act as the liaison with the IT Department for the development of the department's main reporting.
Manage the implementation of tools and IT solutions in collaboration with the IT Department in the planning area.
Critical Competencies:
Higher education in Data Science/Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other University Degrees with a postgraduate specialization in software development or Data Science.
Ability to work in a team.
Attention to detail and planning.
Ability to learn mechanical and electrical tasks.
Interpretation of technical documentation.
Project management skills.
Knowledge or ability to learn and manage procurement and inventory processes.
Strong IT program skills preferably in Python, Web/APP development, Microsoft Studio.
Ability to learn new IT tools in accordance with new developments and group policies affecting the position responsibilities.
Knowledge of Power BI, MicroStrategy, or other reporting data tools.
Databases and SQL language.
Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention is a plus.
Fluent in Spanish and a good command of English (B2 minimum).
