ResponsibilitiesReporting to Director of Business Management you will be responsible for leading and shaping ASO strategy across the portfolio.Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (eg. producers, product marketing, UA) to ensure ASO best practices and recommendation are implemented at all stages of development.Develop an understanding of roadmaps and performance across the portfolio and identify opportunities, and develop strategies for growth.Ability to build growth models and install forecasts.Keep up with the latest ASO and mobile marketing trends and bring in innovation, new knowledge, tools and platforms that further our ASO efforts.RequirementsEducation: BA / BS.Senior level experience in marketing with a track record of improving conversion rates.Experience driving and executing ASO A / B testing strategy and metadata optimisations.Experience managing people.A good understanding of the algorithms that power the App stores.Experience working across multiple projects / products.Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and building relationships with partners.Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with partners.About Electronic ArtsEverything we do is designed to inspire the world to play.
