We are hiring a CMO Associate for Emerging Tech Providers Our CMO Associate is fully responsible for managing a client portfolio of emerging technology providers, leading the execution of their product marketing strategies, enabling their sales teams to increase and progress their pipeline opportunities, and aligning resources to the tech buyer buying process. Position Description We are looking for a CMO associate to lead the marketing execution of our clients. You'll be responsible for developing outbound marketing activities, create presentations and messaging in ways that will strengthen their brand and boost their sales. For this role, you will be a creative and a multitasker. You should be familiar with various marketing techniques, like email campaigns, design, channel marketing, sales enablement, or lead generation. Your goal will be to develop and implement the most profitable plans to position and make their products stand out. Responsibilities • Analyze and get the narrative of our clients´ products • Translate technical details into ROI for the user • Follow and analyze market trends to position products • Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching, channel marketing) • Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns, email, social media…) Requirements • Proven experience as a Marketing Assitant or similar role • Background in design and copywriting • Experience in market analysis • Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics or Adwords) • Excellent communication skills • Keen eye for detail • Creativity • Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills • BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications or similar field • Proficient in English and Spanish Your day-to-day Usually, our CMO associate will: • Build on product messaging that sets new products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point • Communicate the vision and value of new products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process • Plan and participate in the launch of new services and products which involve several different departments • Brief the press and PR teams about new products • Take part in presentations • Obtain insights into customers' usage of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas, through interviews or surveys • Create content such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts • Research competitor offerings Key skills The key skills typically required for a successful CMO associate include: • Collaborative skills: As a CMO Associate you will have to collaborate with multiple teams across the business. This will often include the sales and marketing department, the engineering department, product management, press and PR and senior executives. • Communication skills: The ability to speak and write to a high standard is crucial. You will frequently have to present new products and write engaging copy, telling the 'story' of products, for various marketing channels. • Research skills: A crucial part of being a CMO Associate is gaining insight into customer needs and experiences. Analysis of data, surveys and customer interviews will be part of this mix and you need to be well acquainted with these techniques.
