Job Description: Business Excellence Solution Manager Position Summary: The primary focus of this role is to promote the engagement and adoption of strategic tools within the business and to provide thought leadership in strategic projects to improve overall associate, partner, and client experience. The Solution Manager is involved throughout the solution life cycle, taking a lead on gathering business requirements, defining priorities, and ensuring solutions are delivered while facilitating communication across multiple product and business teams, with deep knowledge and expertise on the solution.
In order to provide the best solution for the business and end user, it is required to have a strong understanding of the business processes across functional areas to review requirements and evaluate options and solutions proposed. This role will have high visibility with executive management and requires mature leadership skills as well as strong change management skills.
