Job Description:We are seeking a talented Data Engineer specializing in Generative AI (GenAI) for Demand Forecasting in Supply Chain Management.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing innovative AI-driven solutions that enhance decision-making within supply chain management.Role Objectives:Gather and analyze user requirements to develop new solutions for decision-making in supply chain management.Translate these requirements into technical concepts for the development of AI and machine learning applications.Collaborate with global teams and data engineers to implement a seamless and complete user experience.Main Responsibilities:Work closely with project team members and stakeholders to fully understand business and technical requirements.Convert business requirements into technical concepts, focusing on GenAI and data science.Lead the implementation of GenAI applications for supply chain management, including:Data preparation for AI-based solutions.Use of enterprise data product concepts.Implementation of GenAI functionalities.Maintain and manage product requirement documentation in an agile working environment, using tools such as Azure DevOps.Work in an international and agile DevOps environment, applying principles of agile methodologies to manage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic business setting.Share knowledge and promote a culture of AI-driven innovation within the organization.Manage communication with external vendors to validate the technical design and integration landscape.Requirements:Education:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related disciplines.Experience:6+ years of professional experience in data science or data engineering.Experience with agile methodologies and project management as a product owner of data-driven applications.Strong communication and presentation skills.Mandatory Technical Knowledge:At least 4 years of experience in:Utilizing cloud components such as Databricks and Data Factory for machine learning and data science.Integrating external data into MLOps environments.Developing GenAI-based chatbots.Managing large datasets and relational databases.Programming in Python and using libraries like Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.MLOps processes (CI/CD) and automating machine learning workflows in cloud platforms.Experience in software development in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).Ability to work in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and under pressure.Desired Technical Knowledge:Proven track record of AI-driven projects, preferably in industrial settings.Familiarity with GenAI technology stacks.Experience in supply chain management and planning.Benefits:Responsibility from day one in a challenging and constantly evolving work environment.Competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience.Flexible work schedule and remote work options.Opportunities for continuous learning and development.A collaborative, innovative, and trust-driven work environment.Part of an international team with involvement in global projects.
