You will work alongside a talented team of artists delivering exciting iGaming content. You will be collaborating with other peers and interacting with business stakeholders within a dynamic and highly iterative E2E games delivery environment.We are looking for an experienced individual who is passionate about the knowledge share and invests in the growth of others while demonstrating openness, reception and the mindset to do new things and keep on learning.The ideal candidate should be a team-first player with strong fundamentals in people management, effective knowledge sharing and domain expertise.What you'll doLead an art pod within the wider Design team; Lead development ofexisting and integrate new members of the pod; Set quality standards and execute industry-standard art delivery; Define an overall visual direction and ensure consistency between all art deliveries; Contribute (when needed) hands-on in setting up visual direction; Art-direct and supervise game deliveries for our outsourcing partners; Work closely with the other peers within the E2E games delivery environment; Lead efficiency programmes and joined-initiatives with other leads (UX, UI, Animation, Engineering, Games Design, etc.); Effectively manage stakeholders' expectations and create an environment of trust, transparency and accountability; Be a design ambassador raising awareness on the importance of great games experiences and the value of design in everything we do.What you'll bringExperience working within the Art field both as a hands-on contributor and a team lead; Experience leading complex art deliveries; Extensive knowledgeof all areas of the art pipeline; Excellent interpersonal, communication, articulation and presentation skills; Experience working within a full-stack design/games team; Reception to feedback and ability to adapt and iterate upon it; Experience in managing stakeholders' expectations; Ability to share knowledge and elevate peers through effective mentoring and coaching; Champion an environment based on ownership, trust and growth while avoiding micro-management; Experience in managing multiple project streams and ability to delegate; Experience in providing art direction both internally and to outsourcing partners; Passionate about making games and strive for excellence; Fluent level of written and spoken English; Experience working within the iGaming industryPlease, send us your CV and your portfolio (or a few samples in any other form that could demonstrate your skillset) to apply
