This role sits within the "Creative & Experience" Jellyfish Spain team and will be working on entertainment clients.
Descripción del empleo We are looking for a talented lead Art Director to oversee and continue to elevate the craft, quality, and integrity of our work for some of the world's biggest entertainment brands.
The role has a threefold focus: The Work : Create award-winning work for some of the world's very best brands in culture.
Lead, develop and execute work that drives fame for our clients and notoriety for Jellyfish (working closely with the local team and with Pepe, Chris and the wider global teams).
Creating work that cuts through in culture and sets feeds on fire.
Lead and supervise teams across a range of media touchpoints and platforms - innovating bold concepts and executing beautiful outputs.
Build an authentic perception, through bold and innovative work, of Jellyfish as THE digital disruptors in a platform world.
Grow our current live accounts by identifying provocative or purposeful proactive opportunities.
Support the VP as the pitch lead in every room that inspires, directs concepts and takes action to deliver the highest quality of excellence and difference every time.
The Team : Work with the VP of Creative in Spain and the global VP of Creative to nurture and upskill the current team of creatives (and wider C&E practitioners) to add rigor to their storytelling and innovation to their ideas.
Work with the VP Creative to grow the team with the best and freshest creative talent in the market as and when needed - at both a freelance and FTE capacity.
Set a high benchmark for craft success in Art Direction storytelling.
Then, share and evolve learnings with all teams to ensure we continue to optimise our output.
Build close relationships work collaboratively and effectively with all other teams across the Creative journey and campaign lifecycle including (but not limited to Content, Design, Production, Creative Strategy, Brand Strategy, Project Management, and Client Services).
Meet regularly with VP Creative to feed in creative and cultural insights that will aid in developing a one-team creative mindset that connects across our global territories.
The Marketplace : Enhance our Creative reputation in the Spanish / global marketplace.
Always looking to go beyond the brief when answering client proposals - creating high-quality PR in our live work.
Grow current clients & attract new ones - Identifying opportunities for proactive, award-worthy and purposeful creative responses both with current live clients and prospective partners.
Attract innovative and different new talent to the agency - Work with VP Creative to identify the need for roles & sourcing talent from new and unexpected places.
Run book crits.
Attend graduate events.
Requisitos : Five+ years of professional creative agency experience working for top creative brands post education.
A creative book / portfolio packed with innovative examples of big, bold, and beautiful art direction concepts for the world's biggest and best brands.
Experience leading and elevating the craft quality in teams you've partnered with.
A demonstrable record of pitch-winning success.
Entrepreneurial spirit, accountability, positivity, passion, and solution mindset.
