Arlo Europe Business Analyst (Demand Planning)Arlo Europe, part of Verisure, is seeking a talented, innovative, and passionate Business Analyst to help drive performance improvements and support strategic decision-making for the Arlo Europe business, as part of the Demand Planning team.
The role will be expected to make an immediate impact and evolve as the business continues to grow. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, highly energized, and dynamic professional to contribute meaningfully from the start.

In 2019, we formed a strategic partnership with Arlo, a world leader in connected cameras. Verisure acquired all rights to Arlo's European business, particularly the exclusive distribution rights for Arlo branded camera products for all sales channels in Europe, including e-commerce and retail.
Arlo Europe is a newly acquired division that is the leader on the Smart Home Market in Europe. We provide peace of mind to our customers for them to have total control over the protection of the things and ones they love. Pioneering, professional grade technology and industry leading AI allows them to stay connected to their property from wherever they are, so they can rest easy knowing everything is safe and secure.
Responsibilities Specific Responsibilities: Support the Demand Forecasting through business modelling and analysis to enhance performance and deliver best in class forecast accuracy.Collaborate with commercial teams to obtain key insights to enrich the Forecast and understand how the business evolves.Analyse key data to give best in class proposals, market trends, history behaviours, NPI, EOL and phase out strategy.Inventory management support, ensuring right stock levels according to demand and Group policies.Monitor weekly forecast accuracy, sharing to the MT the gaps and oversales to take action.Lead and coordinate improvement opportunities, like automatizing activities and best in class reporting.Calculate total volume needs to share with Group Supply monthly, based on the sales structure and WOS of the different channels and its inventory levels.Develop a deep understanding of the commercial business model and its key drivers, delivering value-added analysis that improves strategic decision-making.Best in class demand planning activities driving cost efficiencies at freight, logistics and inventory levels.Location Permanent hire will be based in Madrid, Spain (Hybrid).
Reports and organization structure Direct reporting line into the Head of Supply Chain for Arlo Europe.
Candidate profile Experiences and Qualifications Competencies 3+ years of experience in Retail dealing with Sales, Marketing and Finance leads.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and modelling, and PowerPoint for presenting findings to stakeholders.Experience working with PowerBI to read and interpret reports (no need to create them).A proactive and motivated mindset with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.Strong fit with our Company DNA Passionate in Everything We Do: Our people have a sense of energy that is unmistakable, one that drives us to delight our customers and focus on creating impact quickly.Committed to Making a Difference: When we say we will do something; we deliver with excellence.
