With your skillset, we will improve how we showcase our mission, the impact achieved through our entrepreneurship programs, and the stories of our entrepreneurs, mentors, and partner organizations with whom we promote a fair and inclusive entrepreneurship ecosystem.ROLE & CONTRIBUTIONSCreate content and use our brand narrative to leverage our community stories and make Bridge for Billions one of the most representative advocates of the entrepreneurship ecosystem.Create compelling content (newsletter, blogs, ads, websites) that increases our brand awareness and positions Bridge for Billions in the ecosystem.Optimize our current content following our brand narratives to reflect our mission and vision of systemic change.Collaborate with B2B Marketing team, designers, PR, and other professionals on large projects.Understand what type of content, tone, and narrative resonates more with our target audience and pivot your strategy accordingly.Stay up-to-date with digital content and sector trends.When necessary, assist the marketing team with Social Media activities, such as community management and competitors content analysis.RequirementsSKILLS WE LOOK FOR IN THIS ROLE IN PARTICULAR:Hard skills:Excellent copywriting skills in English and Spanish.Social Media proficiency and knowledge.Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or equivalent practical experience.A course in copywriting.You have a start-up mindset — highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
