Within this area, a team called Outsourced Processing DC Management has been created to manage the New Omega contract and extend this governance to other outsourcing process contracts.This team encompasses 7 functions: Economic Management, Contract Management, Talent Management, Service Management, Relationship and Governance, Technical Management, Risk Management.About the job:Main functions:Ensure compliance with contractual obligations by managing relationships with strategic partners and regulators.Supervise and coordinate contractual documentation, ensuring it is updated and aligned with applicable regulations.Act as a liaison between different internal and external stakeholders to resolve contractual disputes and ensure effective relationships.Ensure that service expansions of the contract (RFS) are carried out for needs outside the contract with the appropriate quality and are stored and classified correctly.Required Education:University degree.Languages:High level of English.Professional experience of at least 2 years as a Consultant focusing on technology and outsourcing projects and service management or Joint Ventures management.Skills:Teamwork.Ability to work in complex and challenging environments.Ability to handle and manage information in a technical context.Analytical and synthesis skills.Ability to work in multicultural environments.Additional Skills:Data AnalysisEnglish LanguageGlobal Supplier ManagementGovernment ModelsOrganizational ModelsProcess ReengineeringVendor Negotiations#J-18808-Ljbffr
