You will be responsible for driving sales, establishing relationships with key stakeholders, and executing strategic initiatives to ensure market penetration and growth. This role offers a competitive package, the possibility to earn share options, and significant growth opportunities within the company.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the US market.Identify and engage with potential clients, Food and Beverages manufacturers and distributors in fragmented distribution channels.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers.Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape.Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of the US market.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and objectives.Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.Qualifications:At least 5 years of experience in sales within the Food and Beverages industry, either from the consulting side or directly working for an FMCG manufacturer.Demonstrated experience in commercial excellence, route-to-market, and sales force effectiveness, including managing or optimizing distribution routes, understanding various RTM strategies, and fostering distributor relationships
