Stellen ID: 919067- Außendienst, Spanien (Granada)- Vollzeit- Ab sofort- Sales The team: The sales department is responsible for shaping successful customer relationships and partnerships and makes a significant contribution to BORA's continuous sales growth.
The focus lies on strategic development through growth initiatives in the areas of internationalisation, digitalisation and omnichannel, as well as on optimising our operational excellence vis-à-vis retail partners and end customers.
Our versatile team consists of office and field sales, which ensure the intensive support of our global growth markets, as well as the Retail division, which represents BORA to our end customers through future-proof store concepts.
In addition, the sales controlling team is responsible for the development of a modern and target group-oriented reporting structure.
Your tasks: To develop concepts for tapping into specific markets in order to successfully develop BORA in the Balearic and Canary Islands.
To identify and acquire potential partners.
To personally visit customers and distribution partners.
To organise and run training courses.
To develop and implement sales and marketing measures with budget responsibility.
To develop the local CRM system on the basis of the BORA IT system.
To take responsibility for exhibitions at local trade fairs with selected distribution partners.
To attend international meetings at the head office as well as international trade fairs (e.g.
Milan, Cologne).
To regularly report to the head office.
Your profile: Completed vocational training or degree, ideally with a focus on international management, sales or marketing.
Professional experience in sales desired, ideally in the kitchen sector.
Outstanding communication skills.
Strategic skills and strong conceptual abilities.
Assertiveness and negotiation skills.
Travel activity required.
Fluent Spanish language skills required.
Fluent English language skills necessary.
