Job Offer: Area Sales Manager - Islas Baleares About the position: As Area Sales Manager under the tutelage of the Regional Sales Manager, you will be vital in enhancing VetPlus' presence in Islas Baleares. Your mission will be to expand our portfolio of veterinary clinics and ensure that we exceed expectations in sales and quality of service. Your direct contact with the customer will be essential to personalize our services, promoting the sale of our products.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with veterinary clinics.Implement sales strategies to promote VetPlus products.Coordinate with the team, sharing best practices and successes.Plan and maximize daily clinic visits.Participate in training programs and key events.Maintain accurate records and submit pertinent reports.Desired Qualities: Solid academic background.+2 years of sales experience, preferably in high-end medical or nutritional products.In-depth knowledge of the veterinary market and its challenges.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent time management.Proactive, enthusiastic and able to work autonomously.Team player who learns quickly and shows a strong commitment to excellence and the values of our company.Company Culture: We believe in continuous improvement, professionalism and dedication.
