As Area Sales Manager at Vacio Piab Sl , your a rea of responsibility will be:
Centre and South of Spain + Portugal

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and maximize sales within an assigned geographic territory
Conduct regular customer visits either directly or jointly with channel partners
Identify local business opportunities and challenges
Develop and implement territory business plan in support of company goals and objectives
Develop and manage sales channels for all industrial vacuum products incl. robotic gripping products in support of territory goals and objectives
Document and manage sales activity including customer visits, opportunities, and account information through active use of Salesforce CRM
Conduct regular reviews with distributor and reps
Present our products and services to prospective customers
Provide technical support for automation product lines
Work in conjunction with other Piab departments to cultivate and manage sales activity within a region to meet individual and group sales quotas
Participate in Piab hosted annual distributor /rep meetings, events, and activities
Assist when needed with trade show preparation and coverage
Analysis and report on regional sales results (monthly, quarterly and annually) Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions
Possibility of becoming the Team Leader in the short term
KEY INTERFACES:
Provide monthly updates about significant territory activity, opportunities, and issues
Inform about market conditions, competitor activity, and product development opportunities
Work with inside partner(s) to support the region and achieve territory goals and objectives
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
3+ years' experience within technical sales
Knowledge in our industry markets
Diploma in Sales techniques is a plus
A leadership experience (also within small team) will be a plus
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Work experience as a Sales Representative
Passion for sales
Used/willing to travel most of the time (3-4 days per week)
Strong ethic, respect of the rules, dues and hierarchies
Proficient command of English is advantageous
Experience with CRM software is a plus
Please note that residency in the Madrid area is an advantage
