Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities 1.0 Business Development and Support Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, promote the sale of products, and provide sales support. Sell products requiring extensive technical expertise and support for installation and use. Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and determine systems requirements. Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective clients. 2.0 Administrative Responsibilities Communicate with supervisors, peers, or subordinates about the progress of sales through timely reports. Ensure the quality of products (i.e., meters) before they reach customers. Gather information by observing, receiving, and obtaining information from all relevant sources. Confer with fellow ASMs to accomplish work activities. 3.0 Customer Service Satisfaction Monitor sales and address customer needs promptly. Advise customers on technical or procedural issues. Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs. Resolve customer complaints or problems. Knowledge and Skills Requirement Graduate of any 4-year course. More than 5 years of experience in Field Sales. Technical knowledge (i.e., electricals and metering). Experience with bidding processes and negotiation. Strong negotiation skills. Can cover SOUTH LUZON - Regions 4 and 5. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month

Benefits: Life insurance. Schedule: 8-hour shift. Monday to Friday. Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary. Bonus pay. Commission pay. Education: Bachelor's (Required). Experience: Field Sales: 5 years (Required). Willingness to travel: 100% (Required).
