At Johnson & Johnson, we all belong.The Professional Education Program Manager will create & provide best-in-class training curriculum and education for the Cardiology community to support best in class outcomes with Impella and heart recovery for our patients.This role requires working with a wide range of Cardiology specialties including Interventional Cardiology, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Heart Failure, and General Cardiology.Key Responsibilities:Execute monthly in-person trainings, such as hospital-based courses and wet labs, support tradeshow and conference symposia as needed.Develop courses utilizing our KOL community and centers of excellence to support product utilization and clinical needs of customers.Responsible for creating agendas, aligning hospital personnel and Abiomed resources, coordination of KOL faculty, through collaboration with PPD team to ensure impactful learner experience.Implement standards and best practices to ensure the successful planning and execution of Professional Education programs compliantly, within budget, and with a high level of quality.Partner cross-functionally internally and with commercial teams to understand professional education needs.Deliver higher-level training to a variety of clinical stakeholders through in-person settings.Maintain expertise and knowledge in relation to Company products and procedures, as well as current literature, key clinical papers, and trends in the industry
