We are looking for an Area Manager for our management team in Madrid.
The goal is to develop the business plan established in LUMON in a specific area of Madrid.
Your responsibilities include: Be responsible for leading and supervising the teams within your business unit, always being close is part of our DNA. Collaborate with LUMON providing strategic direction, implementing business strategies at the local to reach our customers and be close to them. Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Coordination with other departments will be essential. As well as problem solving to maintain a smooth workflow. Identify and promote new business opportunities for continued development in your area. Develop business and create new customer relationships. Analyze data and reports related to the performance of your business unit: sales reports, metrics, and business unit performance: sales reports, metrics, customer satisfaction, etc. to adjust the strategy as needed. Ensure your business area profitability and productivity by contributing to LUMON goals. Identify the training and development needed for your team. Provide guidance and support to team members to help them to achieve their full potential. Learning our way of working. You will be responsible for implementing it and training your team on it. Experience managing people and multidisciplinary teams. 3-4 years of experience in the sales sector. Working knowledge of data analysis and metrics.
