Area Manager Junior – Usa

Melt Group is looking for a Junior Area Manager for one of our clients, a leader in the industrial machinery sector for the US market in Houston.

Responsibilities: Ensure follow-up and visits to potential clients to develop the long-term corporate strategy. Identify and attract new industrial clients. Manage the entire sales process of the project, both at a technical and commercial level, until the machine is received by the client. Provide the company with up-to-date knowledge of the assigned market: competitors, prices, clients, distributors, market shares, trends, risks, etc. Actively participate in the development of annual budgets and action plans in collaboration with sales management. Manage sales in assigned territories: new opportunities, visits, offers, negotiations, closings, contracts. Build loyalty in the existing client portfolio. Develop sales and positioning strategies specific to this sector. Effectively present new products and promotions to specialized clients. Contribute to strategic market decisions. Required skills: Technical sales training or training in the industrial or mechanical field. 3 years of experience in technical sales in the industrial sector. Fluent command of English. Intermediate level of Spanish is valued. Availability to travel. Organizational, communication and negotiation skills.
