Requirements Veterinarian Degree (studies in business will be valued) IT skills: Advanced User Languages: fluent in english & Spanish (Portuguese/Italian/French valuable) Specific expertise 3-5 years of experience in poultry (broiler breeder commercial desired) Responsibilities Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the main responsibilities will be: 1.
Sales Management Plan, negotiate, and coordinate Parent Stock (PS) sales volumes with customers.
Collaborate with planning and export departments to ensure seamless delivery of PS shipments.
Research, revise, and negotiate PS pricing annually.
Prepare and update sales budgets and forecasts.
Address delivery issues.

Strategic Insight and Market Analysis Conduct market share research and manage benchmarking activities.
Provide monthly reports to the Sales Director, including performance updates versus objectives.
Offer continuous insights into business dynamics to support strategic decision-making.

Customer Relationship Management Organize and coordinate key customer visits and support their expansion and growth plans.
Partner with marketing for customer-focused events and initiatives.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their needs are met proactively.

Technical Excellence: (internal training Will be provided) Provide technical support to customers on hatchery, parent stock, and broiler optimization.
Gather and analyze technical field results to recommend management improvements.
Collaborate with senior technical teams and geneticists to conduct product reviews and trials.
Consult with feed mills, veterinarians, and other stakeholders to optimize results and promote Hubbard products.

Product Development Continuously identify product specification needs within the region.
Ensure data collection and feedback loops to enhance product development.
Lead technical missions, including specific assignments in Africa with GP customers.

Cross-Department Collaboration Partner with internal teams such as marketing, HR, and planning for seamless operations.
Support marketing in event preparation and publicity strategies.
Handle monthly expense reporting and administrative tasks.
Job Conditions Schedule: Flexible and self-responsibility Work hours: full-time Workplace: Spain Contract: permanent Salary: -Fixed: 60-80k annually (according to working experience).
