Main Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Career Development Center and to provide the adequate assistance to the day-to-day running of all activities and events that aims to help IESE students and Alumni managing their careers and their job searches.
Main tasks:
Provide administrative support to the Career Management teamOrganization and supervision of all career management related workshops; coordinating, taking ownership and ensuring that everything run smoothly. Examples of activities are: Internal workshops, Panels and Networking Events. Coordination of activities includes: planning, creating events in platform, follow up sign-ups, marketing and communications, logistics (room, technician and F&B bookings), attendance and post-delivery follow-upCoordinate inputs to our job platform: approving new companies, inserting new job postings, managing deadlines, generating CV books, following up with companiesProduce and update content on our Career Management platform and websiteProduce documents and/or presentations using Word, Excel, Power pointDigitalize some parts of the offline Career Management offer to allow more flexibility and interactivity in trainingSupport in communication campaigns to students, to increase usage of tools and attendance of events
Requirements:
Education And Experience
University degree or equivalent preferred, plus experience in an office environment.Strong computer skills. Experience with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.Bilingual in English and Spanish is fundamental.
