Main Responsibilities The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Career Development Center and to provide the adequate assistance to the day-to-day running of all activities and events that aim to help IESE students and Alumni manage their careers and their job searches.
Provide administrative support to the Career Management team.
Organize and supervise all career management related workshops, coordinating, taking ownership, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
Examples of activities include: Internal workshops, Panels, and Networking Events.
Coordination of activities includes planning, creating events in the platform, follow-up sign-ups, marketing and communications, logistics (room, technician, and F&B bookings), attendance, and post-delivery follow-up.
Coordinate inputs to our job platform: approving new companies, inserting new job postings, managing deadlines, generating CV books, and following up with companies.
Produce and update content on our Career Management platform and website.
Produce documents and/or presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Digitalize parts of the offline Career Management offer to allow more flexibility and interactivity in training.
Support communication campaigns to students to increase usage of tools and attendance of events.
Requirements Education and experience University degree or equivalent preferred, plus experience in an office environment.
Strong computer skills; experience with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is fundamental.
Key competences Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and anticipate needs.
Spirit of service and organizational skills are key competences for this role.
