About the jobIn this exciting role, you will report directly to the Regional Europe Head of Construction. Your responsibilities include advising the commercial department on financial and technical feasibility of store development projects. You will be leading cross-functional project meetings, managing and monitoring project timelines, coordinating work progress, and ensuring adherence to budget, quality, and brand identity across European markets.

Your main duties will be the following:Provides technical feasibility, timings, and cost of projectsExecutes kick off meetings, collects technical data, and provides briefing to the store planning team including legal and operational requirementsCollects and consolidates layout feedback from the parties (landlord, market, partner), aligned with concept guidelines and the approved budgetFollow up the defined time schedule to ensure that each activity is organized and monitored in the appropriate sequence for construction and POP openingCoordinates and supervises the work progress, shares regular feedbacks and warning in case of delaysTakes quick action in case of unexpected issues to avoid delays and extra costsCoordinates and approves the orders according to the defined thresholdsMonitors the budget of each project to respect the initial approved amountsSupervises the external consultants and drives them to achieve the team goalsOrganizes and performs formal handovers to the sales teamEnsures the quality of the implementation and adherence with brand identityEvaluates and analyzes time and cost deviationEnsures the completion of snagging listsEnsures the accurate and on-time completion of the reporting tools About youWe are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
