DescriptionOur Real Estate business is expanding, and we will be building villas which can be customised to meet our clients' demands!We are looking for a licenced Architect for our Architect team and to help design and realise these villa projects.Main functions:- Schematic design of the villas and adaptation according to clients' needs- Draft of the basic construction project. Apply for building permits.- Execution of construction works (min. 5 years).- Deal with all phases of construction administration- Coordinate with the different collaborating engineering companies and suppliers (placing orders for materials and finishes).- Carrying out and monitoring work planning for its execution.Requirements- At least 5 years' experience leading similar projects in Spain (important)- Spanish registered Architect- BIM software knowledge is required- At least 5 years' experience executing projects and construction.- Able Revit user to a good standard (although ArchiCAD could also be considered) + Presto- We are looking for a proactive, dynamic, decisive profile.- Needs to live on the Costa del Sol, have NIE/TIE in placeDriving licence and own car.Fluent English (essential) and Spanish / Scandinavian languages are a plus.You will form part of a dynamic team based on the Santa Clara Golf Course in Marbella with great earning potential.We are looking to interview and secure someone ASAP, so if you are suited to the above description, please don't delay in applying.Please submit your CV and samples of your work.
