Are you passionate about distribution of products that inspire the life of many people?What you will doDevelop, manage, and grow Cosentino product awareness, acceptance, and sales to the contract design & commercial segments for both interior and exterior applications.Identify, pursue, and increase sales and brand loyalty by calling on architects, designers, fabricators, developers, and related contractors while coordinating and collaborating with other Cosentino Sales Team.Create short and long term sales plans to penetrate architectural and design firms, developers, corporate accounts, new property owners, and service providers.Develop new project opportunities through personal sales efforts and professional relationships with architects, designers, building owners, and property management firms.Promote organization's products in formal presentations to architects, designers, and targeted organizations.Execute sales plans created within agreed upon timelines from the customer or Cosentino Management.Maintain accurate relationship, product placement, and project details with updated developments within project management database (Sales Force CRM).Manage the sales development of Cosentino surfacing products.Maintain a constant awareness of markets and pursue profitable opportunities focused on organizational growth.Actively represent and promote Cosentino to the community through hosting and attendance of local chapter events for ASID, IIDA & AIA along with other targeted associations.Manage the timely communication across all parties to ensure successful sales implementation of programs.Manage own sales budget and maintain discipline to stay within assigned sales and expense budgets.Assist with corporate account roll out programs on a regional basis as needed.Commit to continual learning and knowledge of Cosentino Surfacing Products, the proper application and specification requirements.Act as a facilitator and provide recommendations to senior management with key sales information.Coordinate with Cosentino Account Managers, business partners, fabricators, and installation contractors.Travel percentage will range from 20-50% depending on territory.Company Car will be provided with a daily driving requirement of visiting customers.What we do offerEXPERIENCE: Must have at least 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.EDUCATION: Ideally bachelor's degree.SKILLS: Must be local; ideally with some experience in façades.About CosentinoAt COSENTINO, our purpose is to inspire People through innovative and sustainable spaces.
