Your key job responsibilities as the Arabic Customer Service Host in Ceuta, Spain will include: Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and online chats in Arabic.Manage all incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment.Input relevant information into appropriate databases.Build and manage customer relationships.Resolve issues and troubleshoot during shifts.Handle customer-related queries and take full responsibility for them.Perform additional tasks as assigned by managers or shift supervisors.
