- Monitoring Debt Collection with Clients via email and phone contact- Daily Accounting Control of customer payments in the group's ERPs- Reconciliation of Payments with Invoices- Contributing to Resolving Any Discrepancies that may exist with clients, collaborating with various group companies and internally with different organizational departments- Preparation of Reports related to the financial area of clients, such as Ageing and internal control reports (SOX)- Active Participation in Cash Flow Forecasts for group companies, providing information related to customer payments- Regular Communication with various stakeholders within the group, offering concise and high-quality information from the Collections area- Coordination with Legal Entities within the group to maximize client collections through joint actions- Proposing Improvements to the AR manager and the organization to enhance efficiency within the Collections area and the accounts receivable team- Review of Draft Invoices/Refunds, invoice issuance, and customer communication- Understanding Local Tax Billing Rules- Electronic Invoicing, handling various platforms such as Tungsten, Ariba, Naturgy, Facturae…- Preparation of Reports related to the financial area of clients, including internal control reports (SOX) and KPIsA successful AR Collections Analyst should have:- At least two years of experience in the Collections or Billing department, performing tasks similar to those described above- Experience in using accounts receivable modules in ERPs- Vocational training (FP) or higher related to the described functions- Experience in team management- A person who is fully focused on teamwork and customer service (both internal and external).You should have a flexible and proactive attitude and be able to work autonomously on assigned tasks.- Languages: English C1 Fluency in German, Dutch or French will be highly valued.Our client is a globally recognised company in the Media & Agency industry.
