TasksYour responsibilities and impact working as a Digital Marketing Specialist will be:
Roll out central digital marketing strategies while tailoring them to fit local needsExecute local digital marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with the global strategy and work in harmony with other marketsIdentify and pursue innovative lead generation opportunities to drive business growthOversee and update content within the CMS to boost website traffic and improve conversion ratesContribute to content briefings for specific market segments to ensure targeted and effective communicationConduct website analysis, performance monitoring, and KPI reporting, utilizing tools such as PowerBI and GA4 for potential assessmentsTrack digital performance against KPIs, produce reports, and make necessary adjustments to achieve targetsDesign, execute, and evaluate impactful digital marketing campaigns—such as newsletters, email marketing, and landing pages—to drive online B2B sales and engagementPerform data analysis and extract actionable insights using a range of analytics toolsWork closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the smooth execution of digital marketing projectsDevelop and execute marketing campaigns, incorporating process optimization to enhance customer loyaltyDevelop and refine email campaigns to enhance customer engagement and drive lead generationExpand the B2B online shop quota through the implementation of effective digital strategiesUnderstand the requirements, goals, and challenges of our customer groups to tailor marketing efforts for maximum impactMonitor market trends and incorporate relevant insights into marketing strategiesRequirementsSkills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:
You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant fieldYou have a minimum of 2 years of Digital Marketing experienceYou have a native/bilingual level of Spanish and a professional proficiency level of English.
