LOCATION: Madrid COMPANY: ARRK Engineering GmbH TYPE OF CONTRACT: Full-time START: as of now YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for Defect/Problem Management in a central role for different projects within the Cockpit Electronics Categorization, prioritization and correct assignment to technical departments for all incoming defect tickets within your projects Analyze support for technical departments for error cause and technical dependencies Interface management and first contact person for suppliers during development Weekly and monthly reporting of all defect tickets and coordination of corrective actions Active design and optimization of processes for Defect/Problem Management YOUR PROFILE Complete studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer science or a comparable field of study Experience in automotive development processes and relevant tools for Defect/Problem Management (e.g.
