Could you be the full-time APSYS Manufacturing Performance Support Engineer in Santa Perpetua de Mogoda (Barcelona) we're looking for?
Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your lean manufacturing expertise in a new cutting-edge field.
You'll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You'll drive the APSYS toolbox as a vector of Performance Improvement for production.
Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (production, supply chain), drive the Manufacturing Performance of the Santa Perpetua site by harnessing the data coming from the ERP, AOS and various tools and much more.
You'll specifically take care of structuring the data in order to facilitate decision making , but also setting up and animating the performance governance routines of the Manufacturing function interfacing with Quality, Industrialization & Supply Chain.
We'll look to you for: Address the root causes of low manufacturing performance through the operational APSYS roadmaps (SF, SC, PME & Q) Set up the weekly and monthly performance governance routines from EPU to Line to Production Level Ensure that the SQCD indicators at each level are defined and updated by capitalizing on the digital tools of the company (AOS, GSI) Quantify the actions in figures to give priority of implementation to the CFT teams at each level Data Management Quality: Structure the quality results by Effectivity/Split by Detection and Origin to facilitate the Quality animation process Cost: Extract the Spent Time vs Allocated time (KPI2) by Project; EPU; Workshop and ensure that the data is updated on a daily basis to facilitate analysis of Manufacturing & PME teams Delivery: Ensure that the physical advancement of the line is synchronized with the system data.
WO closure on time in AOS Calculate the Monthly Workload by consolidating the Allocated Time; CONQ; RTF; Compare the workload with the FPR Budgeted hours ensuring alignment with the WP owner (PrIM's) Collaborate with the RBPE team in order to address competency weaknesses in AOS usages; Drive the change management regarding AOS All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.

Working knowledge in Industrial standards.
Desirable: knowledge in Accounting & Reporting / Controlling / Finance or Industrial Data driven and courageous – Ability to drive teams with a transversal relationship Rigor with good communication skills & results driven Team Player.
