We work backwards from Amazon's customers aiming to make transportation faster, cheaper, safer, more reliable and ecologically sustainable.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSPhD, or a Master's degree and experience in CS, CE, ML or related fieldExperience in building models for business applicationExperience in patents or publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journalsExperience programming in Java, C++, Python or related languageExperience in any of the following areas: algorithms and data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel and distributed computing, high-performance computingPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience using Unix/Linux- Experience in professional software developmentAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
