Job Description: Job Summary: MPS is looking for an Application Engineer to join the Automotive BMS Product Line, focused on solving customers' challenges in Electric Vehicles (EVs) and doing our part to ensure a sustainable/greener tomorrow.
As a part of the team, you will be focused on developing cutting-edge reference designs, testing the latest BMS ASIC, and generating collateral such as datasheets/application notes/ISO26262 documentation, as well as providing application customer support.

Essential Functions: Provide onsite support of key customers' design and testing.Work with design engineers, field applications team, and marketing to enhance and debug analog IC products.Develop application reference circuits.Write datasheets, application notes, design notes.Provide application support for key customers and field application engineers.Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience with general analog blocks such as ADCs, DACs, operational amplifiers, LDOs, DCDC.Experience with BMS or high voltage applications is preferred.Fluent communication skills in English.Excellent writing and presentation skills.MSEE or higher required.Monolithic Power Systems, Inc.
