Apply now for the position of Application Services Engineer and you will be part of the Digital & Automation team where you will have the opportunity to be in contact with healthcare professionals and be at the forefront of technology in Medical Imaging software projects.
Tasks and Responsibilities:Support customers in using (software) applications and solutions to the optimum extent.Provide comprehensive training for using applications and solutions focused on specific customer demand.Configure software applications to meet customer needs.Act as an interface between customer and provider of application to solve customer problems and enhance the application with new features.Demonstrations and sales support.Promote the sale of the Digital & Automation solutions portfolio.Functional consulting in software implementation projects.Troubleshooting and escalation when necessary.Skills and Qualifications:Degree in healthcare, technology, or engineering (Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields).Previous experience in implementing and supporting technological applications in the healthcare field or medical imaging software solutions (RIS, PACS, VNA, HIS…).Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, technical teams, and non-technical users.Knowledge of clinical workflows and interoperability standards (DICOM, HL7, IHE).Skills in system configuration and customization to meet the specific needs of clients.Ability to provide training to end-users and medical staff in the use of medical imaging applications.Experience in project management related to software implementation or systems integration in clinical or hospital environments.Proficiency in troubleshooting and technical support for applications in healthcare settings.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Willingness to travel (both nationally and internationally).At least 3 years of experience in implementing and supporting healthcare applications or medical imaging solutions.Who we are:We are a team of more than 71,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries.
