And the freedom to compose your personal benefit package.A dynamic environment: flexible working hours and working from home – everything is negotiable.Learning opportunities: through an individual development plan and professional training.Career growth: whether you want to become more of an expert in your field or expand your knowledge horizontally, there is always room to grow within SD Worx!What do you have to offer?Have experience as (Large Enterprise) Application Service Desk Agent using eBlox Payroll.Easily make connections and have an analytical insight.Speak fluently Dutch and English (and French as an asset).Be communicative, hands-on and customer-focused.Be a true team player who is flexible and eager to learn.Have a decent IT knowledge.Which tasks can you expect?Providing functional support regarding the use of the various applications for pay & personnel management with an initial focus on "Other Applications" (all applications in addition to the main eBlox Payroll and eBlox HR products e.g. Application Loader, eDox, eBloxTransX, WebTransX, ...).Troubleshooting customers' issues regarding the use, maintenance, and management of the different packages as well as login and authentication issues.Advising and supporting the internal employees (payroll advisors).Efficiently supporting products & processes.Documenting and reporting on problems.In consultation with your colleagues, formulating your suggestions to internal analysts/specialists of the pay packages.Drafting and maintaining general documentation.From many places, we work as one, moving from better to best together.SD Worx lives diversity in the workplace.
