This unique position combines business consulting, IT, platform responsibility and close collaboration within our global IT department.
YOUR TASKS Ownership and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow platform (supporting business and IT processes) Backlog management and requirements analysis for new ServiceNow workflows, project preparation & implementation Steering of ServiceNow related projects as well as Change & Release Management Monitoring, troubleshooting and enhancement of integrations to other IT services, e.g.
SAP 2nd Level support of the platform and coordination of external support and development teams Maintaining a close relationship with our business key users and stakeholders Development of user training concepts and documentation Continuous knowledge improvement of ServiceNow related technology, standards, and best practices YOUR PROFILE University degree in Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Business Administration, or other equivalent education At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT, e. g. management of enterprise applications in a cloud environment, preferred ServiceNow Technical knowledge of ServiceNow is a benefit, in particular ITSM, ITOM and CSM You have a passion for a customer and result driven way of working Knowledge in support processes (ITIL) and project management methodology (PRINCE2) are another benefit You prefer a hybrid work model with 2-3 days per week at the office in Hamburg, Pamplona or Madrid and the rest working remotely Excellent skills in English (German, Spanish or other languages are an additional benefit) YOUR BENEFITS In addition to the opportunity to make our world a little more sustainable, we offer you: *Some offers may vary by location Nordex adheres to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
