Application Management, Lead Location: FlexibleType: Permanent The Application Management, Lead is responsible for coordinating local payroll country setups and ensuring the ongoing maintenance and health of the country's solution.
This role provides expertise and outputs to deliver compliant country payroll calculations and legal compliance into the core pay engine while maintaining the country standard.
The Application Management, Lead role is essential for delivering compliant payroll calculations and legal compliance and will be responsible for: Country Testing Activities: Validating all test scenarios through testing of the created Country solution.
Country Reporting Standards: Using and updating the listing of standard reports for the country, maintaining information on data sources, and updating the configuration of quality environments.
Country Testing Documentation: Describing as a functional design the test scenarios and expected results.
Maintenance and Compliance: Continually reviewing and updating the Country solution to identify and adapt to legal changes, incorporating these into all design documents, workbooks, and other materials to maintain country compliance.
Responsibilities: Control the payroll solution for the country.
Validate country forms.
Monitor the regulatory environment and ensure changes are understood, planned, and incorporated into the Country payroll standards and workbooks.
Maintain the testing process documentation for country standard processing.
Maintain the list of standard reports and samples.
Support Country Champions in testing payroll and legal reports as needed.
Work with relevant teams across Alight to ensure changes to the technical environment are understood, tested, and that all documentation is updated accordingly.
Experience and Skills: Business analysis experience.
Payroll and Personnel Administration knowledge.

Advanced Excel expertise.
Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with others at all levels.
Essential: BA/BS in a business-related field such as Accounting, Human Resources, Payroll, or equivalent experience.
1-2 years of relevant experience administering Payroll and Personnel Administration.
Expert knowledge of payroll processes, practices, and country legislation.
Solid working knowledge of other payroll engines.
Desirable: HRIS knowledge: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft preferred.
Payroll certifications.
