Application Management, Associate [Hc158]

Minimum Requirements:
- Technical University Degree (Computer Science Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, etc.)
- Excellent object-oriented programming skills (SAP ABAP is a plus)
- High understanding of software development cycles
- Outgoing personality with good interpersonal, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Any other European language is welcome)
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and rapidly changing business environment
- Availability to travel
Key Responsibilities:
- Incident Management
- Work internationally with other colleagues to follow and define processes and procedures aligned with customer requirements
- Client-facing experience
- Participate in design sessions
- Estimate and design technical solutions
- Proactively identify areas that could benefit from service improvements and implement configuration changes to improve user experience and leverage the system
- Conduct and manage proper testing while reducing regression
Additional Requirements:
- Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture and Concepts
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement, maintaining good working relationships with business stakeholders and providing advice and guidance as requested
