Your role & influence as Apple Team Manager Responsibility : You will be given responsibility for driving the growth of Apple's business in Norway by managing vendor relations and spearheading commercial business development initiatives for both B2B clients and education clients, while also taking a proactive role with enterprise customers. Collaboration : Together with your team, you take care of managing and growing all Apple business in Norway. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with other colleagues and managers in Dustin on a strategic level. By connecting the right colleagues in the process towards the customer, you ensure a seamless experience and customer experience. Core activities: Allocate 30-40% of your time to managing the team, 40% to nurturing partnerships with Apple, and the remaining time to overseeing customer sites and key sub-accounts. A very good mix of commercial and operational management. Active involvement in various projects within the Apple team to support the overall objectives.
