The Sales Application Engineer will be a technical support to the sales team, transitioning from pre-sales support to assist with technical proposals and ensuring high dedication to product delivery and project execution.
He will serve as a technical interface with customers to anticipate market needs and identify new opportunities.
A Day In The Life
Pre-sales engineering support with potential customers/deals.Support the commercial team to generate technical quotes and assist the factory with the translation of technical documents from public tenders.Provide regional support to the project implementation team and conduct local customer meter training.Assist the commercial team, customers, and factory with the documentation and approval process for new/existing meter local certifications.Support customers and the factory with new opportunities, new orders, deliveries, proper shipment documentation, and payment processes.Address quality issues and RMA (return of equipment) processes.Order and provide registration information for new customers and new channels.Assist customers and the factory with new quote configurations and information for new catalogue numbers.Provide information to log on as a supplier for new customers/bids.Anticipate market trends and drive early product introduction to customers.
What will help you thrive in this role?
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in electric meters and AMI systems, with a technical and strong commercial vision and good knowledge of the Polish electrical market.Must be motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent.Effectively communicate independently or as a member of a team.Fluent in Polish and English.
