Is this something you feel identified with?We're currently looking for a User Researcher to join one of our biggest teams inside a multinational company, playing a key role in creating useful and usable products & solutions and understanding user needs.-What will your day to day be like?-You will:- Understand business needs in order to design the research strategy.- Design, plan and execute research plans for different projects at different stages of development, choosing the best methodology (qualitative or quantitative).- Analyze and report research findings (user behavior) to different stakeholders.- Evangelize user-centered thinking and research best practices to reinforce a culture of informed, data-driven, and empathetic decision-making.- Shape and evolve our user research processes and best practices, and help upskill other team members so that our collective expertise and understanding grows.- Work in collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, UI and other UXRs to address user-centered opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.-What are we looking for?-- 2 to 4 years of experience conducting user research and usability testing for digital products or solutions.- Deep understanding of Human Centered Design methodologies.- Hands-on experience applying quantitative and qualitative user research methods, remotely and in-person.- End-to-end experience with all aspects of the user research lifecycle.- Ability to lead workshops, ideation exercises and product and service definitions.- Degree or higher in Human Factors, Ergonomics, Cognitive Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Anthropology, Human Computer Interaction, Design or equivalent field
