Working closely with hiring managers, you will help shape the recruitment strategy and optimize processes to align with our company's growth and culture.Your responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers to create clear and detailed job scorecards, outlining key skills, responsibilities, and objectives for each role.Develop and execute a tailored sourcing strategy, leveraging innovative methods to attract top talent.Ensure recruitment practices prioritize diversity and equity, aligning with company values.Conduct pre-qualification calls, evaluate applications, and lead structured interviews to assess candidate fit for both skills and cultural alignment.Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, actively promoting our employer brand and company values throughout the recruitment process.Contribute to the creation and execution of employer branding initiatives, including communication plans to attract and retain talent.Participate in process improvement projects, such as enhancing recruitment tools, workflows, and reporting systems.Your profile:1 to 3 years of proven experience in recruiting roles, ideally sourcing talent for marketing, data, finance, or business departments.Fluent in English and French; proficiency in Spanish or Italian is a plus.Strong sense of organization, attention to detail, autonomy, and a proactive mindset.Passionate about recruitment and delivering a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers.What we offer:Thrive in an international and inclusive environment: everyone has a place at papernest.
