In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to build best in class retail environments for consumers to be inspired, learn and touch our products. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of consumer behavior, marketing trends, and brand positioning. Help Electrolux keep shaping living for the better, and we'll help you fly higher than ever before.Responsibilities:Trade Marketing (B2B)In collaboration with the commercial function, you will plan and execute the marketing plan for our key B2B partners such as El Corte Inglés, Media Markt, etc.Design and adapt the marketing material for offline and online purposes (in-store activation, sell out promotions, media plans, product catalogues, etc.)Create and manage B2B email marketing campaign for customers (retailers). As well as be responsible for the analysis of the results/KPIs.Consumer Marketing (B2C)- In collaboration with Social Media agency, you'll design and plan the social media campaigns and editorial plan for our brands AEG & Electrolux.- Localization of B2C email marketing campaigns for customers (B2B), keeping aligned with commercial business strategy.Communications & PR (Press)- Support in the organization of company events (communications & PR), such as new product launches, brand activations and presentations at sector fairs.- Coordinate the relationship with PR agency to localize central and local press releases, being responsible for the Spanish newsroom.Marketing fundamentalsManage the budget for marketing activitiesCoordinate the relationship with external partners, such as agencies and suppliers.Be responsible for the correct implementation of the brand image (Brand Guidelines).Collaborate with Central and other local departments to maximize impactWho you are:Previous experience in marketing related roles, with a proven track record of successfully executing in-store and brand activation campaigns.Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
