We emphasize unity and team achievements.Your workplace will be in Torrevieja, Spain.Job Responsibilities:Inspire and lead the team to provide excellent, high-quality service, on time.Actively participate in the team's customer support and guide team members.Resource management and continuous improvement/development of work processes.Receiving and responding to phone inquiries from our customers who need roadside assistance.Qualifications:Leadership experience is desirable – an educational background in leadership can compensate for lack of experience.Fluent in spoken and written Norwegian.Comfortable with spoken and written English.Experience with support systems and phone support is an advantage. Lack of qualifications can be offset by a willingness to learn and the right attitude.
