In this position, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new properties for sale and helping clients throughout the listing process as well as managing your own buying leads:- Identify potential properties for sale through market research, networking, and outreach.- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and prospective sellers, as well as potential buyers.- Conduct property assessments and provide pricing recommendations based on market analysis.- Prepare and present compelling listing presentations to potential clients.- Collaborate with sellers to create effective marketing strategies for their properties.- Stay updated on the local real estate market and industry trends.- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.RequirementsPrevious experience in real estate sales or listing is preferred, but not required.- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.- Self-motivated and proactive approach to business development.- Good communication and presentation abilities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Multilingual abilities are a definite advantage - English is a must, as well as an Eastern European language such as Polish, Ucranian, Russian, etc..BenefitsCommission structure will be offered, with potential for high earnings based on performance.
