The ideal candidate is a team player, enjoys working in a dynamic, international environment, and has excellent intercultural skills.Job Responsibilities & DutiesAs an HR & Payroll Trainee for Spain, your mission will be to support processing the payroll and the related tasks. You will assist the team in providing required reports on payroll data and also support payroll inquiries, aiming to provide excellent customer service to all employees.Main responsibilities for this position are:Assist with the end-to-end payroll process, including data collection and final verification.Support the preparation and review of employment contracts, employee onboarding, terminations, and contract modifications.Help manage payroll-related issues such as overtime, leave, and absences.Maintain and update employee databases and records.Assist in creating reports and conducting labor cost analysis.Ensure compliance with labor laws and assist in preparing documentation for internal audits.Participate in ongoing projects aimed at continuous improvement within the HR department.Desired Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree in RRLL or equivalent.Proficient with Excel and Google sheets (formula, pivot table, vlookup, etc.).Good verbal and written communication skills in English will be a plus.Highly organized and attentive to detail when working within tight deadlines.Demonstrate initiative and handle constantly evolving priorities.Excellent analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset
