HIP is looking for an Head of Research for its Finance & Corporate Development Department.About the Role - Main tasks:Data Analysis: Capture, ingest, and analyze primary and secondary market data from various sources, including market research reports, industry publications, and government databases, to identify market trends, competitor insights, and industry dynamics.Industry Research: Conduct in-depth research on industry metrics, including market size and key performance indicators (KPIs).KPI Monitoring: Regularly follow up on and analyze KPIs to assess market performance.Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor activities and market positioning.Market Dynamics: Understand and interpret key market dynamics and trends.Industry Monitoring: Keep abreast of industry news and developments.Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate market progress and trends to stakeholders across the organization.Initiative Support: Assist in the development and implementation of market research initiatives.The ideal candidate should have:Analytical person, oriented to results, highly motivated and with a deep interest in the hotel industryAbility to handle a large amount of information and inputsAbility to prioritise tasksCapacity to work with tight deadlinesMinimum experience 6 yearsDegree in Economics or Business AdministrationExcellent command of Spanish and EnglishHIP offer:- Workplace located at Barcelona- Fixed salary plus variable according objectives + social benefits#J-18808-Ljbffr
