We thrive on working with cutting-edge technologies, and our Finance Team, in Barcelona, is on the lookout for a new team player to join us on this adventurous journey.Job Duties And Responsibilities:Responsible for completion of international and local income and other tax returns including all related analysis and support.Manage the cross-border tax issues and tax planning initiatives for a portfolio of businesses across a variety of markets in Europe and LATAM.Participate in global projects in coordination with legal and other departments, and provide internal tax advisory services.Manage and oversee tax compliance for all subsidiaries.Responsible for transfer pricing and management fee arrangements.Manage a team of up to 6 people.Calculation of intercompanies charges according to the transfer pricing policy of the group.Monitoring tax effective rate of the Group.Implementation of Tax Forecast, checking deviation reasons.Identification and evaluation of tax risk as well as counteracting them.Experience And Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting, taxation, finance, business or related field.6+ years of related experience including international tax experience across multiple countries.Master's in taxation or international Taxation desired.Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns.Strong leadership with demonstrated hands-on approach and personnel management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Ability to adapt to new assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Spanish and English fluent, Portuguese will be a plus.What We Offer:Opportunities to grow within a company in hypergrowth stage.Additional days of holidays!At least one day of home office per week!Excellent work environment and good collaboration.Free coffee/tea, fruits, and snacks from the company.Possibility to increase your net salary through our flexible retribution partner!#J-18808-Ljbffr
