Job Description: An opportunity for a General & Site Services Manager has arisen within Airbus Operations, Cádiz. The selected candidate will join the FMRE Spain team.
Responsibilities: Support the organization of Facility Management & Real Estate Spain (HMSSx) in Cádiz to achieve operational and strategic company objectives. Provide general & site services across divisions and multiple sites to improve work areas and meet customer needs. Work in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure customer satisfaction by managing resources efficiently. Manage and improve services and suppliers for timely, quality, and cost-effective delivery. Oversee General Services and projects related to cleaning, catering, transportation, waste management, and office auxiliary services. Monitor performance and lead projects, ensuring application of EHG concepts in all service lines. Ensure adherence to applicable regulations and laws. Support services and projects within FMRE and across all Airbus Sites as required. Implement activities to identify and mitigate risks and support innovation. Manage informatic systems updates, maintenance, and deployment. Coordinate daily tasks related to "Airbus-CAE" and maintenance suppliers. Ensure HIGH5+ objectives (sustainability, water reduction, CO2, waste). Skills Required: Industrial Engineering or related disciplines. 1-2 years of experience in similar roles; internship experience at Airbus is a plus. Fluent in English and Spanish. This job requires an awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation, and sustainable growth.
