This transformation requires a global team of UX designers adept at crafting the right tools, content, and experiences to help our customers bring their visions to life.What You Will Do:Develop strong relationships with key category management stakeholders and be familiar with their new product introduction roadmaps, customer pain points, positioning strategy, and main competitors.Ensure the new products fit seamlessly into the existing ecosystem.Lead identifying and scaling wins to improve benefits for the larger portfolio.Understand and monitor key metrics and flag when performance deviates outside of trends.Conduct research and deep dives leveraging tools including Looker, Quantum Metrics, and UserTesting.Drive merchandising experimentation roadmap for respective squad.Create learning agendas, experiment setup, monitoring, and high-level analysis.Maintain strong partnership with embedded analytics team members.Communicate key findings to stakeholders and provide inputs into business reviews.Your Qualifications:Qualifications for this role include:2+ years of experience in e-commerce as a site merchandiser.Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.Experience in writing business performance one-pagers.Solid understanding of experimentations from learning agenda creation to metric monitoring.Strong analytical skills with a clear understanding of key site data metrics.Excellent verbal and async communication skills.Why You'll Love Working Here:Vista is an award-winning remote-first company with an inclusive community.
